A Pretoria student constable was killed and two police officers, including a trainee, were injured when they crashed into a bakkie at high speed while responding to a burglary.
The trio, from the Sinoville police station, had just come on duty when their station received a call for help around 5am on Wednesday.
As they raced towards Wonderboom, a bakkie turned in front of them, and they hit it.
