Bakkie Rolls On Edendale Road Killing One

A single vehicle accident has left on person dead and 4 others with serious injuries after the driver appears to have lost control of his bakkie on Edendale Road.

The driver was approaching the BP garage along Edendale Road when the accident occured. The vehicle left the road causing it to overturn and crash through a property wall.

When ER24 paramedics arrived, they found that one of the passangers was already deceased. 2 of the patients were in a critical condition and had suffered multiple injuries each, while the remaining 2 were in a serious but stable condition.

The patients were transported to a local hospital whilst the relevant authorities are investigating the incident.
