Two injured after car ploughs into truck


Two young men believed to be in their early twenties are lucky to be alive after an accident between a light motor vehicle and a truck on North Coast Road in the early hours of Saturday morning (2015/05/16).

Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on scene to find the two men climbing out of the wreckage. Both were assessed on scene and treated for minor abrasions and transported through to a nearby hospital for suspected concussion.

Its alleged that the driver lost control of the vehicle coming up to an intersection and collided into the back of a large truck,however the exact facts are subject to police investigation.

The driver of the truck was unharmed.
