Five hurt in taxi collision in Redhill

RedhillFive people including a four year old boy have been left with injuries ranging from minor to moderate in a collision involving a minibus taxi and two light motor vehicles this evening.

Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on the scene on Blackburn Road shortly after 4:30PM to find a driver of a minibus taxi had allegedly lost control of his vehicle, colliding with two light motor vehicles.

Five commuters including a four year old boy suffered injuries ranging from minor to moderate and were treated on scene before being taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further care.

Peak hour traffic was severely affected and Crisis Medical’s scene safety vehicle was on scene to assist.
