Fifteen school children have been injured after the taxi there were going home in collided with a power box in Donlene Crescent Glenmore around 3:30pm today.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a single taxi carrying fifteen school children had collided with a power box. Fifteen school kids sustained various injuries ranging from minor to moderate. They were stabilised on scene before being transported to nearby hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the single vehicle to collide with a power box however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
