Just after 4pm Emer-G-Med’s M07 and I01 attended to a serious collision on the corner of Katherine Drive and Pretoria Road, in Sandown.
The events leading up to the collision are unclear, but on arrival paramedics found that four people had been injured after a car and a bakkie collided in the intersection.
The patients were treated for minor to moderate injuries before being transported to a nearby hospital for further assessment.
